Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and all of the other martial arts have be such a big part of my life since the day I stepped foot on the mat. It has gotten me through some tough situations physically, but even more importantly, it has gotten me through the most difficult situations in my life mentally. I want everyone to be able to take advantage of this whether you need it physically or mentally.
