What is it?

Aside from the obvious fighting aspect, Boxing is considered one of the best full-body workouts you could possibly do. Improving stamina, strength, cardio vascular health, stabilization muscles, hand-eye coordination, reflexes and much more, it will improve your life (and lifestyle) in various ways in and out of the gym. Learning how to box doesn’t require you having to deal with being punched hard in the face when sparring. That aspect is typically reserved for those who plan to box competitively.

We focus on precision and muscle memory of technique. We also train in a manner that is safe and efficient so everyone can go to work or school the next day without being injured or so sore they are miserable. Safety and cleanliness is key in our gym because a healthy student can train more often.
