HOW THIS MEMBERSHIP WORKS
Student may attend 2 Classes per week. (2 Jiu-Jitsu or 1 Jiu-Jitsu & 1 Boxing)
There is a 30 Days Notice REQUIRED if you want to cancel your membership.
You will be BILLED WEEKLY for your membership.
Failure to attend the classes does not entitle you to a refund.
You may "Freeze" your account ONE time for up to 2 months each calendar year. Ideal for vacation or injury.
"Freeze" time will be added to end of contract.
