Our gym focuses on 100% control of the opponent 100% of the time because our main application is self defense related. We also train in a manner that is safe and efficient so everyone can go to work or school the next day without being injured or so sore they are miserable. Safety and cleanliness is key in our gym because a healthy student can train more often.
